Kayla is a licensed physical therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Walsh University. She became a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy in 2017. Kayla has over 8 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy including: nonoperative, post-operative and sports-related rehabilitation. She brings additional perspective as an avid lifter. With the love of barbell training and HIIT, Kayla lives to help others reach their physical goals. Specifically, she utilizes manual therapy, Integrative Dry Needling, education, and most importantly emphasizes the use of exercise to allow patients to get back to the activities they are passionate about! Outside of the clinic, you can catch Kayla gardening, spending time outdoors with her kids and husband, or reaching for a new PR in the gym.
Maggie attended the University of Toledo and achieved her Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2012 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. After working in outpatient physical therapy, Maggie completed an orthopedic residency with Next Gen Institute of physical therapy in 2018 and this led to her becoming a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She is also trained and certified in dry needling for pain, improving function, and sports rehabilitation. Maggie is passionate about helping people achieve their mobility goals and returning to completing the activities they love. She makes individualized treatment plans based on the person’s overall goals, lifestyle, and presented impairments. She has much experience treating many musculoskeletal conditions and has a preference of treating low back pain, radicular pains, shoulder pain, and headaches. In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, swimming, going to the gym, and drawing.
